30th june will mark the official closure of
our very own National Stadium,
to make way for the new Sports Hub.
on the day itself, we will experience
two exciting encounters between
Singapore Legends vs Malaysia Legends
and Singapore vs Australia.
most Singaporeans would have had
alot of memories at National Stadium.
be it the NDP, or Football matches.
for me, personally, i've experienced
some of the unforgettable moments there
in 2005, when Singapore was crowned the
Tiger Cup champions and also in 2007
when Singapore beat Thailand 2-1 at
recent AFC Cup 1st leg Final, and also
my first time watching NDP Live
at National Stadium in 2006.
very memorable indeed.
people who are older than me, will
certainly share more memories there,
such as the Malaysia Cup days.
as we pay tribute to the National Stadium,
we shall commemorate the
