woo hoo im back again!!!
last night, went to the S-league Awards Night.
it was the 11th year, but was my first time attending it.
anyway before heading down to the mediacorps studio,
i meet siew ping at toapayoh. accompanied her for dinner.
then her dad drove us to mediacorps by his car. we
reached the place at around 7. by then , already many
people from different fanclubs were there, dressed in formal.
the event started at 8pm, but all of us have to be seated by 7.30pm.
there were special guest performances by Singapore Idol finalists
Hady Mirza and Jonathan Leong, as well as Superband winner
Mi Lu Bing. congrats to Young Lions for being honoured the
Fair Play Award. and also to Khairul Amri, for winning the
People's Choice award. our votes are not wasted!
amri's the man! but a pity he was not there to recieve the
award personally, as he's in Doha with some of the other
Young Lions players. so, our beloved GK, Fadhil went on
the stage on his behalf. the awards presentation came to
a close at around 9.30pm. then off we proceed to the
dinner reception. saw familiar faces there, like Hady and
Jon who are being "run after" by girls asking for photos to
be taken. many players from different clubs were also
at the reception. besides helping ourselves to the food,
we took lots of photos. anyway the Young Lions fanclub
people who were there were the cheerleaders,
percussionists, committees and a couple of YL fanclub
members who were invited. took a couple of pics
with the balestier fanclub people too. anyway, we left

the place at around 11pm, then siewping, me, nash, and

his fren shared a cab. and i only reached home at around 12.

overall, i enjoyed myself on this memorable night.

certainly a night to be remembered.

i noticed u looking.

these are the pics courtesy of siew ping .
taken at the mediacorps studio.

[[ i look freakingly 'white' in all the pics. yucks. ]]
